If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 5k777 customer support immediately. 5k777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
Account Closure
You may request closure of your 5k777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 5k777 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where it has reason to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Fraudulent Transactions
